I have heard so many amazing stories about Croatia this trip definitely surpassed my expectations! Few people can say they have lived on a pirate ship for 8 days sailing the most spectacular stretches of coastline that Europe offers. No matter where you look it is a million dollar view, a genuine paradise. It is definitely an understatement whenever I say I was living the fantasy.
Each day we'd set sail early in the morning then stop for a swim en route to our destination. Swim stops meant jumping the boat off into the crystal clear waters floating on lilos while drinking a cider that is cheeky subsequently drying off out on the deck, catching reading and beams. Lunch time would roll around and we would head in for an astonishing lunch on the chartered boat. After this we had then pull into our destination for the day/night.
We got to visit all the top isles including Palmizana; with the amazing cavern pub, the amazing Krvavica; that is nestled under the picture perfect Biokovo mountain range, the well-known bash isle Komiza; where we partied at the biggest open air club in Europe, Pula; the birth place of the famous Marco Polo, Mljet; where we got the chance to kayak, cycle or scoot around the breathless salt lakes in the National Park, as well as seeing the coastal cities of Sibenik, Slano and finally, the stone of the Adriatic, Split.
